How our CARPET
cleaning process works
While we are cleaning if we notice spots, we treat each spot with our special cleaning agent to remove all undesired spots.
Then, we gently scrub the carpet with a CRB. This machine ensures that we get a deep scrub on the carpet and loosens dirt and pet hair from the bottom of your carpet.

Next, using our professional TruckMount unit we extract dirt and pet hair from the carpet. This machine uses hot, pressurized water and utilizes a vacuum blower that extracts the carpet

Secondly, we apply a pre-spray which is a special cleaning solution that suspends the soil from the carpet fibers.
Lastly we place air movers to help speed up the drying process and add a deodorizer for a fresh clean smell.

Frequenlty ask questions
With our cleaning process, most carpets should be fully dry within 2 - 4 hours. If the type of carpet is of a heaver material then it can take up to 6 hours. We always recommend to leave your AC around 70 degrees to allow proper circulation.
In short we do not, our chemicals are specifically design to shampoo the carpet. While not harmful to your pets or humans some chemicals have a citrus or a certain type of smell to them. If you wish for us to not use any carpet shampoo please let us know.
We try our very best to treat every stain and spot found on the carpet but depending on what type of stain and how long the stain was left untreated not all stains will come out 100%. Stains on the surface are likely to come depending on the type of stain but stains in the pad or underneath the carpet can not be removed. Worn out carpet will be cleaned and free of dirt and grim but we can not change the color to how it previously was.
Generally we recommend cleaning your carpets once a year but it comes down to how much wear the carpet goes through, kids and pets may play a factor as well and in that case two or three times per year can be sufficient. We do recommend vacuuming your carpet at least once a week to take the dirt off the surface.
We do not move furniture for insurance liability reasons. We may move small items with your consent. We recommend moving all furniture you wish to move before we clean the carpet.
For our tile and grout cleaning, we spray an alkaline on the surface of the tile and on every single grout line, then using a high power "pressure washer style" buffer we clean the area removing all of the dirt and leaving the grout lines brighter than it originally was.
